Company Information
Carrion Cleaning is a residential house cleaning company operating in Charlotte, North Carolina and nearby areas as a division of Carrion Services LLC, a family-owned business.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, signing any form, or allowing our team to enter your residence, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
Scope of Services
We provide residential house cleaning services including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning, as well as optional add-ons agreed to in writing.
- Only the areas listed in your quote or confirmation message will be cleaned.
- Inside appliances, inside cabinets, ovens, and interior windows are considered add-ons unless clearly included.
- We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, electronics, or fragile items unless previously approved in writing.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, the client agrees to:
- Provide safe, timely access to the home at the scheduled appointment time.
- Secure pets or keep them in a safe area away from cleaning products and equipment.
- Remove excessive clutter and personal items from surfaces that should be cleaned.
- Disclose any fragile, high-value, or sensitive items and areas that require special care.
Payments
Payment is due as agreed before or immediately after the completion of the service, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, Zelle, check, or other methods communicated by Carrion Cleaning in advance. Prices are based on the condition and size of the home and may be adjusted if the actual condition is significantly different from what was described during the quote.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can reassign our team.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and travel.
- No-show appointments (when we arrive and cannot access the home) may be charged in full.
Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If any area within the agreed scope of work was missed or not cleaned to a reasonable standard, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
We will make reasonable efforts to return and correct the issue, focusing only on the specific areas reported. Re-clean visits do not cover new dirt, new messes, or areas not included in the original scope.
Damages & Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or loose/unstable items.
- We are not responsible for fragile, unsecured, or improperly installed items that may break during normal cleaning.
- Any claim regarding damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Our liability, if established, is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the affected area or item, up to the total amount paid for the service in question.
Health & Safety
For the safety of our team and clients, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service if we encounter unsanitary, hazardous, aggressive, or unsafe conditions, including but not limited to infestations, bodily fluids, or unsafe behavior.
Pets
Clients are responsible for securing pets during the visit. While we are pet-friendly, we are not responsible for pets escaping through doors, experiencing stress reactions, or displaying aggressive behavior toward our staff.
Access & Lockouts
You agree to provide access to your home at the scheduled time (key, code, or in-person access). If we cannot enter the property, the appointment may be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to a fee or full charge.
Photos & Marketing
With your explicit authorization only, we may take before-and-after photos of cleaned areas for quality control and marketing purposes. We will never show personal items, faces, addresses, or any information that can identify you.
Subcontractors
Carrion Cleaning may use trained subcontractors or team members working under our standards, supervision, and insurance requirements. This does not change your rights under these Terms of Service.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate future services in cases of non-payment, repeated cancellations, unsafe conditions, harassment, abuse, or any behavior that puts our team at risk.
Communication
By contacting us or providing your phone number or email, you authorize Carrion Cleaning to communicate with you by text message, phone call, and email regarding quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up messages related to your service.
SMS Use Cases: If you opt in, we may send SMS messages related to your service request, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, estimate coordination, service updates, and customer support communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request and communication needs.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out (Unsubscribe): Reply STOP to cancel SMS at any time. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and we will stop sending SMS messages.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, power outages, road conditions, accidents, illnesses, or other emergencies.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in North Carolina, USA.
Modifications to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always show when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
